This role is a back-end support to financial consultants.

 

Work location: Work-from-home or Newton (depending on allocation during interview)

 

Working hours: Flexible (Catered to your schedule – average 52 hours per month)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting sales team to provide sales support for their own pool of clients & schedule appointments.
  • Assist to generate new sales leads.
  • Learning from various departments to understand the nature of business.
  • Maintaining an updated client database & generating detailed weekly reports for review by senior management.
  • Submission of business & reimbursement policy forms with great efficiency.
  • Writing an essay report on current financial trends (if required).

 

Requirements:

  • MUST be able to commit for minimally 1 month, convertible to full-time permanent role!
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: local diploma
