Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to support our Wealth Director. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience, exposure to wealth advisory operations, and the chance to grow in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:
📌 Assist Wealth Director with daily office and administrative tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
📌 Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and client materials.
📌 Handle emails, phone calls, correspondence, and other communications.
📌 Keep office supplies stocked and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
📌 Assist in planning and coordinating company or client events, meetings, and conferences.
📌 Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries as needed.
📌 Support the management team with special projects and ad-hoc tasks.
📌 Assist with general office tasks such as expense claims and other support duties.



Requirements:
✔️ Good organisational, communication, and time management skills.
✔️ Customer service experience is a big plus, even if you have minimal office experience.
