Working Hours:
Mon to Fri | 9.30am to 5.30pm

Job Description:
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support our team leader. We are open to both part time or full time role. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving, proactive, and attention to detail skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the day to day operations for the Team Leader
  • Sieve through resumes and arrange interviews for candidates
  • Handle emails, phone calls, correspondence, and other communications.
  • Assist with general office tasks such as expense claims and other support duties.
  • Contact clients and followup with administrative work
