📍 Work Location: Singapore Land Tower (Nearest MRT: Raffles Place)

📅 Duration: 6 months

💼 Working Hours:

Mon to Thurs – 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Fri – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

💰 Salary: $2,580 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend to walk-in visitors in a professional and friendly manner

• Answer and screen incoming calls promptly and courteously

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception lobby and meeting rooms

• Monitor and prepare meeting rooms in advance based on calendar schedules

• Handle incoming and outgoing mails, including use of the franking machine

• Coordinate internal despatch and external courier services

• Liaise with third-party vendors (cleaning, aircon maintenance, building management)

• Assist in receiving and witnessing tender submissions at HQ

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in a receptionist or admin role is preferred

• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills

• Professional demeanor and image in the workplace

• Strong interpersonal skills with a team-player attitude

• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Able to multitask, prioritize well, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
