Job Description:
We are looking for a Recruitment Officer to support the growth of our insurance agency. Your main focus will be to attract, screen, interview, and onboard Financial Consultant (FA) candidates.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people, selling opportunities, and closing talent. Education background is not important - communication, confidence, and drive matter most.
About the Role:
- Manage and post recruitment ads across platforms (Job portals, social media, referrals)
- Reach out to potential FA candidates and conduct initial screenings
- Arrange and run interviews
- Guide successful candidates through onboarding and licensing process
- Maintain recruitment records and follow-ups
- Work closely with agency leader to meet recruitment targets
- Clear incentive structure with uncapped earning potential
Work Environment & Hours:
- In-office role with flexibility to meet deadlines.
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Mentorship and guidance will be provided.
