To drive sales growth by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and promoting the company’s products or services to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
Must be 21yrs old and above
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of sales reporting and CRM systems (preferred).
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Working Conditions:
May require to meet clients or attend events.
Sales targets and commission-based incentives may apply.
