We are looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Sales & Strategy Analyst to support strategic planning, drive sales performance, and deliver actionable insights for business growth. This role bridges analytics and execution — ideal for individuals who thrive in both numbers and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse sales data, market trends, and business metrics to support decision-making
Develop reports, dashboards, and forecasting models to track performance
Support the sales team with insights, lead segmentation, and campaign optimisation
Identify growth opportunities and propose strategic initiatives
Work cross-functionally with management, marketing, and operations to align business goals
Requirements
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft tools
Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
Singaporean/PR, 21 years & above
Minimum Diploma or GCE A-Level qualification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated team player with a proactive mindset
