Job description

We are a curated home decor and furniture brand with a showroom, a growing TikTok Live presence, and regular pop-ups and roadshows across Singapore. We are looking for a sales-driven individual who is comfortable across all three — engaging walk-in customers, working live events, and hosting live streams that convert.

What you will do

• Attend to walk-in customers at our showroom, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right pieces
• Host live streams on TikTok, whether from the showroom, a roadshow, a pop-up, or an off-site location
• Represent Snow Globe at pop-ups and roadshows, drive sales and introduce the brand to new audiences
• Present products with confidence, handle customer queries in real time, and keep energy high on stream
• Support post-sale processes such as order follow-ups and basic customer service as needed

Who we are looking for

• Prior retail or live streaming experience is preferred — you know how to sell, not just show
• Comfortable on camera and in person — you can switch between a live audience and a live stream without missing a beat
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings when streams or events are scheduled
• Speaks clearly in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for live stream audiences
• Self-motivated, reliable, and genuinely interested in home decor and lifestyle
