Job title : service crew @ Sentosa theme park

Working Days:  4 days / 5 days / 6 days (Weekend required)
Working Time: 9am - 6pm

One day : $70.40 cpf included
Available for Full Time / Part Time / Freelance
 

The Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations at the park
 

Job Scope: 

Serve customers in the estebs in a friendly and efficient manne
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at all times. Be presentable
Black pants/jeans with black shoes. Minimal of other colours the better
Assist in giving our guest and parents excellent service
Ensure to read the script in the esteb and act accordingly with the activities
Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues to supervisor when needed
Support team members in daily opening and closing duties~
Uphold company image through good grooming, positive attitude, and teamwork
