Our Client, one of Singapore's leading tabletop gaming retailers, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position of Social Media & Marketing Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and update social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Create engaging photo and video content to promote products and brand awareness.
• Plan and schedule social media content based on marketing campaigns and trends.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement.
• Manage WhatsApp communities and maintain strong customer engagement.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide product recommendations promptly.
• Promote new product launches, exclusive deals and marketing campaigns.
• Support retail operations during peak periods and promotional events.
• Gather customer feedback to improve products, services and marketing strategies.
• Ensure a seamless online-to-offline customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        Diploma and above
•        Proficient in Canva, CapCut (or similar mobile editing tools)

OTHER INFORMATION:

Location                               : Commonwealth   

Working Days/Hours           : 5 days work week including weekend & PH

Salary: Gross $2800 + incentives (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
