**SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE - LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST**- Novena

We're looking for a talented Social Media Executive to focus on lead generation by building our professional presence on LinkedIn and 小红书. If you live and breathe social media and understand how to turn followers into customers, we want you!

**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies on LinkedIn and 小红书
• Build and optimize our company profiles on both platforms
• Create engaging content that attracts potential clients and generates quality leads
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify and connect with potential leads
• Manage 小红书 account to showcase our products/services to the Chinese market
• Run targeted campaigns to drive conversions and measure ROI
• Engage with prospects and build relationships through social media interactions
• Track and analyze performance metrics to improve strategies
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure lead quality and follow-up

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:**

• Proven experience in social media marketing with focus on lead generation
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn for B2B lead generation
• Experience managing 小红书 (Little Red Book) account for business
• Excellent content creation skills (writing, visuals, videos)
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better results
• Good understanding of the Chinese social media landscape
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a big plus
