About the Role
We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented Part-Time Social Media Marketing Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This role is suitable for students, individuals seeking temporary work, or anyone looking for flexible part-time hours. You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth administrative support across various functions.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document organisation
Handle emails, phone calls, and basic enquiries professionally
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and preparing simple reports
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation
Support the team with ad hoc projects and tasks when necessary
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative activities
Proficient in Canva, Instagram and Tiktok posting and algorithm
Requirements
Previous admin experience is helpful but not required
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Comfortable with basic computer tools (MS Office or Google Workspace)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full 3-month contract
