As our Spa Retail Ambassador, you have an influence over our members by actively building a relationship with them and helping them to meet their spa and wellness needs. We are seeking driven, customer-oriented, and eloquent individuals who are willing to go to the extra mile for our members while challenging yourself to achieve personal targets. Your contributions to our joint success
• Work with the team to achieve branch targets
• Attend to walk-in customers and all phone enquiries
• Promote and follow up on spa packages 
• Build and maintain rapport with existing and potential members
• Update members on promotional treatments from time to time
• Assist in maintaining proper records for all customers
 

What does it take to be a Spa Retail Ambassador
• Candidates without work experience are welcome
• Sales and service-oriented
• Self-motivated team player
• Good interpersonal skills
• Willing to work retail hours (5 days per week)
