Manpower Deployment & Roster Management
• Prepare, update, and manage duty rosters for outsourced staff across multiple outlets
• Allocate manpower to meet operational needs and handle last-minute deployment changes
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and shift coverage daily
• Conduct on-site visits at multiple outlets to oversee deployment, attendance, and workplace practices
Compliance & Record-Keeping
• Ensure outsourced workers adhere to MOM regulations and company workplace rules
• Keep accurate records of deployment, attendance, leave requests, and incident reports
• Work closely with the agency on documentation matters (e.g., medical check-ups, work pass renewals, claims)
Workplace Safety & Incident Handling
• Act as first responder for workplace incidents involving outsourced staff
• Coordinate medical assistance, incident reporting, and follow-up actions
• Liaise with the agency, management, and relevant authorities on work injury claims and investigations
• Promote safe work practices across outlets
Worker Welfare & Engagement
• Monitor the welfare of outsourced workers, including housing, health, and workplace adaptation
• Raise any concerns to the agency and company management for resolution
• Support orientation and familiarization of newly deployed outsourced staff
Communication & Reporting
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for outsourced manpower matters
• Escalate disciplinary or HR-related issues to the manpower agency for action
• Submit periodic reports on manpower deployment, incident cases, and staffing challenges.
Working Location: Island Wide (must be comfortable travelling)
Working Hours: 44 Hours/Week
