Part-Time Telecaller

T Marketing is seeking motivated and enthusiastic telemarketers to join our young, fun-loving team. Successful candidates will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients to promote a catalogue of services and products ranging for our education and food related businesses. As a telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, establishing rapport with potential clients, and scheduling appointments for our partners.

Location: Woodlands Square, Solo 1, Singapore 737714 (Just 2 mins walk from Woodlands MRT)

Working Hours: Weekdays, 6pm - 9pm

Rate: $12/hr

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Explain the benefits and features of our services in a clear and compelling manner.
• Build rapport with prospects and address any questions or concerns they may have.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for consultations.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and update client information in the database.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of our services.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is not required but will be an added advantage.
