Job Description

• Greet and assist patients with registration.
• Answering inquiries from patients.
• Schedule imaging appointments and provide information on procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records, handle incoming calls and emails, and manage data entry related to patient information and billing.
• Verify insurance coverage and to assist with Medisave claims
• Address billing inquiries and collaborate with finance team to ensure claim accuracy.
• Maintain a clean reception area and monitor the restocking of office and beverages supplies.

Requirements:

• You should possess at least GCE 'N' / ‘O’ Levels, preferably with at least 1-2 years of working experience in a hospital environment
• Able to work under fast paced environment
• Dedicated to providing excellent patient care
