Overview

• We are seeking a motivated and independent Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring needs on an hourly basis. This role offers flexibility while ensuring clear alignment through a paid onboarding briefing conducted in person.
  
  Key Responsibilities

• Attend an in-person paid briefing to understand hiring needs, processes, and tools

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Support ad hoc recruitment tasks as required
  
  Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to manage multiple roles and tight timelines

• Organised, resourceful, and able to work independently

• Able to attend a one-time in-person briefing (paid)
  
  What We Offer
