Job description

We are seeking facilitators to support a national-level education initiative focused on students preparing for the Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE). This meaningful program is designed to empower students from lower-income and disadvantaged backgrounds through an engaging academic and character-building workshop.

As a facilitator, you will help guide and support students through a four-day workshop series, encouraging them to build confidence, resilience, and academic readiness. You will collaborate with other facilitators and trainers to deliver structured activities in a respectful and uplifting environment.

No prior experience is required. All selected facilitators will undergo a training session to ensure they are well-prepared for their roles.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Support group-based activities during the PSLE workshop
• Foster a safe and encouraging environment for students
• Assist trainers in delivering lessons and keeping students engaged
• Serve as a mentor and positive role model throughout the sessions

🔹 Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and caring attitude toward young learners
• Responsible, punctual, and committed to all scheduled sessions
• Ability to speak or teach in Malay is an advantage

🔹 Program Schedule

Mandatory Online Briefing:
• Friday, 6 June 2025 | 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM (via Zoom)

In-Person Facilitator Training:
• Saturday & Sunday, 7–8 June 2025 | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Venue: 2 Havelock Road, Singapore 059763

PSLE Workshop (In-Person):
• Monday to Thursday, 9–12 June 2025
• Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Venues:
 - Venue 1: Khatib
 - Venue 2: Common Ground

🔹 Compensation & Support:

• $100 daily allowance for each day of the PSLE workshop
• Meals provided during in-person training
• Note: Training days are compulsory but not remunerated
