RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store and provide support in related tasks as needed

• Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, and addressing product-related inquiries

• Ensure the store is kept clean, tidy, and presentable at all times

• Comply with hygiene and food safety regulations during the handling and preparation of food items

• Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or management

• Preferably able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin
