Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Provide high-quality services to customers according to company standards
  • Communicate with clients to discuss and assess the condition of luxury items for repurchase.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of items, accurately describing flaws and wear.
  • Negotiate repurchase prices with clients and facilitate transactions according to company procedures.
  • Develop new clients, conduct follow-ups with existing clients, maintain relationships with established clients, and expand business with them.
  • Establish and maintain client profiles, providing high-quality services and a positive customer experience.
  • Achieve monthly work goals through various online and offline channels.
  • Flexible office location and working hours.

 

Qualification

  • No credit issues, excellent personal presentation, familiarity with basic business etiquette
  • Language skills: Fluent in both English and Chinese
  • Strong fashion sense, interest in the luxury goods industry, and a desire for long-term development in the luxury sector. Previous experience in luxury sales or repurchase is a plus.
  • Proficient in using various social media platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, etc. Familiarity with operating business software like Shopify is preferred.
  • Clear logical thinking, outgoing personality, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
