💼 About the Role

We are inviting fresh graduates or undergrads to join us as Part-Time Academic Trainees.

As a tutor at IB Super, you’ll:

Teach and support students in IB / IGCSE / O-Level Science (Math or Chemistry).
Deliver lessons that are adapted to each student’s learning style and pace to help them learn effectively.
Learn to apply IB Super’s 4Ps Learning Framework (Prior Knowledge, Present, Practice, Personalise).
Receive structured training in:
- Effective questioning and teaching strategies
- Feedback and parent communication
- Developing metacognitive learning habits in students
- Differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs
Create engaging lesson materials, worksheets, and videos for classroom and online teaching.

🎓 Requirements

Degree or undergrad in Math or Chemistry related discipline from a recognised university.
Strong academic foundation and a passion for education.
Candidates with IB / IGCSE background or prior tutoring experience are advantageous.
