Job description

  • Respond to enquiries via inbound calls and emails
  • Assist the respondents to complete the survey
  • Compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system
  • Explain survey objectives to respondent
  • Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
  • Provide status report to the supervisor

Job Requirements

  • At least ‘A’ levels qualification or equivalent.
  • Applicants with call center background will be advantageous.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Able to handle objections and complaints and proficiently de-escalate these cases.
  • Effective team player but also an efficient individual contributor.
  • Selected applicants are required to complete a training course and pass the assessment test before being deployed to operations.
