The Opportunity: A Rotational Internship
This is a unique hybrid internship designed for curious and ambitious undergraduates! Over 3 months, you will rotate through three core business departments—Digital Marketing, Human Resources, and Sales—gaining hands-on experience and discovering where your true passions lie.
You will spend approximately one month in each department, working on meaningful projects and learning from experienced mentors.
What You'll Do:
Digital Marketing Rotation:
Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, 小红书).
Conduct market research and analyze competitor strategies.
Help draft copy for email marketing campaigns and blog posts.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track campaign performance.
Human Resources Rotation:
Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Help coordinate onboarding for new hires.
Assist in organizing employee engagement events and initiatives.
Gain exposure to HRIS platforms and learn about core HR functions.
Sales Rotation:
Learn and use our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track customer interactions.
Assist in prospecting and building lead lists.
Shadow sales calls and client meetings to learn negotiation and communication skills.
Contribute to creating sales collateral and presentations.

We are seeking motivated undergraduates who are eager to learn and ready to dive in. You are the ideal candidate if you:
Are currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (any major welcome!).
Have a strong desire to learn about business operations from multiple angles.

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Are organized and can manage your time effectively in a hybrid work environment.
Are comfortable with technology (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
