Job description

We are looking for coaches to facilitate our forest school sessions. During our sessions, children decide what they want to do and your role would be be an enabler and help children do things that they enjoy. We want to empower them to make decisions. We need to provide them with a safe environement so that they can do things that they enjoy, without feeling judged. Along the way, we have themes to make our sessions more interesting, to widen their perspectives and teach them various skills and knowledge. Forest school is unlike any other form of outdoor education that you would have come across. We are one of the leading forest schools in Singapore with a proven track record.

This is a unique job that requires you to care for children. Be open to nature, craft and forestry skills. It is a vey fulfilling job and you will also learn how to improve the way you lead your own life in the process. To be more authentic and true to yourself. 💚

Currently our sessions are on Fri AM, Fri PM, Sat AM, Sun AM. You can take 1 or more sessions depending on various factors.

A full hands on training session with theory lesson will be provided before you start coaching.
