Job Description:
PP Organisation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full Time Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior executives and ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks
- Conduct research as needed on various topics
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
Requirements:
Singaporean/PR Citizen
-Able to converse fluently in both English and Mandarin
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Office and Powerpoint and canva
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and other computer applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
