Job description

🌈Working Location: Central Business District🌈 (No remote working option)
🎯Working Days: Flexible (Monday - Friday) Office Hour Schedule/ 50 hours per month🎯(Not required to work on weekends)

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the executive director by providing full secretarial support.
Brainstorming for fresh ideas to demonstrate appreciation for our clients during the different festive seasons.
Coordinate business meetings across different stakeholders such as internal & external non-executive directors to optimise company profits.
Handling sensitive data with the highest level of confidentiality & ensuring compliance is accomplished.
Maintain a systematic filing system & ensure all company documents are safeguarded appropriately.
Organising company bonding events as well as replenishing office supplies.
Any other ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements:

Applicants who can commit up to 3 months will be highly advantageous.
MUST be able to commit for minimally 1 month.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduated with Singapore Institution Recognised Diploma/A Levels/University Degree
