Cook / Kitchen Assistant / Chef (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

Execute menu items according to established recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Prepare and portion ingredients required for service
Cook and plate dishes to outlet standards
Arrange and garnish food appropriately before serving
Assist other cooks during peak service periods
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of the kitchen and workstations
Wash dishes and kitchen equipment as required
Ensure personal hygiene and proper grooming standards at all times
Carry out additional culinary duties as assigned by the Kitchen In-Charge
Support ad-hoc tasks when needed
Contribute to a professional, efficient, and team-oriented kitchen environment

Requirements

Basic culinary skills or relevant kitchen experience preferred (training can be provided)
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and SOPs accurately
Good teamwork and communication skills within a kitchen setting
Strong time management and ability to work under pressure
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Commitment to maintaining food quality and consistency
