Title : Associate Engineer, SQL

Experience: SQL Knowledge

Type: 1 Year Direct Contract with the Client (Renewable)

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Enterprise applications, including data rectification, datasynchronization, and incident resolution.
• Monitor and respond to all system alerts and provide daily technical support in terms oftroubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues.
• Perform incident investigation and resolution, root cause analysis, and problem resolution,ensuring high availability of applications users.
• Perform any administrative tasks associated with applications, such as user account management, log reviews, etc.
• Monitor incident and problem tickets and provide appropriate resolutions on a timely basis.
• Support all internal and external audits for related applications.
• Adhere to standard IT service delivery processes in accordance with IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
• Candidates with 0-2 years of related experience in Application support will be advantegeous.
• Good skills with SQL and Perl scripting and PHP programming.
